Best for: Photographers, brands, stylists, content creators, small productions Purpose: Commercial imagery or promotional content Details & Pricing: • Half day (up to 4 hours): NZ$900 • Full day (up to 8 hours): NZ$1,600 • Extra hours: +NZ$250 per hour • Crew / Guests: Up to 10 people • Access: All exterior zones, select interiors (approved in advance), service area for styling/prep • Time Slots: Flexible between 8 AM – 6 PM • Power Access: Available (15 A max per circuit) • Drone Use: Permitted with pilot certification • Commercial Use: Included (non-exclusive licence) • Add-ons: +NZ$300 after-hours or sunset session; +NZ$150 location rep attendance General Terms for this category: • Booking confirmation: 50% non-refundable deposit; balance due 5 days prior • Site host: On-site representative present for orientation and lock-up • Respect policy: No smoking, open flames, glitter or confetti; all waste must be removed • Reschedules accepted up to 48 h prior; cancellations may incur full fee • Credit: “Shot at Onetai Estate” appreciated but not required • Exclusive property closure: Available case‑by‑case; please enquire • Damage / Bond: NZ$300 refundable; any property or fixture damage will be deducted from this bond Enquire for Availability
