With the State Forest Park unfolding as an extension of the backyard, guests step into legacy trails beneath ancient kauri and fern.
Days move gently here: spa soaks beneath a sky scattered with stars, seasonal gardens to wander and gather from, and the soft light of glowworms lining the drive as night falls.
