Service Description

Best for: Professional crews producing commercial video, film, or advertising content Purpose: Broadcast, cinema, or high-production commercial use Details & Pricing: • Half day (5 hours): NZ$2,000– 2,500(depending on crew size) • Full day (10 hours): NZ$4,000– 4,500 (depending on crew size) • Extra hours: +NZ$400 per hour • Crew / Guests: Up to 25 on site (larger crews by negotiation) • Access: Full interior/exterior, dedicated holding area, parking for 8 vehicles • Power / Facilities: 32 A power; water access; designated catering + waste area • Drone Use: Approved with prior notice and pilot certification • Noise / Light Restrictions: Filming permitted 7 AM – 8 PM • Insurance: Public liability required (minimum NZ$2 million) • Add-ons: Overnight setup, security, additional day (discounted at 20%) General Terms for this category: • Booking confirmation: 50% non-refundable deposit; balance due 5 days prior • Site host: On-site representative present for orientation and lock-up • Respect policy: No smoking, open flames, glitter or confetti; all waste must be removed • Reschedules accepted up to 48 h prior; cancellations may incur full fee • Credit: “Shot at Onetai Estate” appreciated but not required • Exclusive property closure: Available case‑by‑case; please enquire • Damage / Bond: NZ$1,000 refundable; any property or fixture damage will be deducted from this bond Enquire for Availability
