Details & Pricing: • Duration: Up to 2 hours on site — NZ$400 (weekday) / NZ$500 (weekend) • Duration: Up to 3 hours on site — NZ$550 / NZ$650 • Duration: Up to 4 hours on site — NZ$700 / NZ$800 • Crew / Guests: Max 5 people total • Access: Exterior gardens, forest edges, and one designated indoor space • Time Slots: 9 AM – 12 PM or 2 PM – 5 PM • Deliverables: Photography or short‑form video only (no drones unless pre‑approved) • Commercial Use: Not permitted • Add-ons: +NZ$150 for drone clearance or extended hour General Terms for this category: • Booking confirmation: 50% non‑refundable deposit; balance due 5 days prior • Site host: On-site representative present for orientation and lock-up • Respect policy: No smoking, open flames, glitter or confetti; all waste must be removed • Reschedules accepted up to 48 h prior; cancellations may incur full fee • Credit: “Shot at Onetai Estate” appreciated but not required (except for collaborative projects) • Exclusive property closure: Available case‑by‑case; please enquire • Damage / Bond: NZ$200 refundable; any property or fixture damage will be deducted from this bond Enquire for Availability
